We have a specialist service and repair department manned by highly experienced repair Engineers and Technicians, with a total of 60 years combined experience in repairing and refurbishing Tecton products. We have access to a vast supply of both current and obsolete spare parts enabling us to repair and maintain equipment that has been in service for over twenty years.
All products received are repaired to the very latest specification, extensively tested and returned as close to the original condition as possible.
Any hard drives that are removed for repair or replaced due to a fault are quarantined securely for a minimum of 60 days. This enables our team to recover footage long after a unit has been returned to site. Once the quarantine period has expired, drives are securely destroyed.
No other company is qualified to service and maintain Tecton products, and we consider no product beyond economical repair irrespective of age and condition, except in the most extreme situations.
